Swedish Massage
This is the most widely known modality which mainly focuses on long flowing strokes to help induce a deeper feeling of relaxation. These strokes can be applied with light, medium, or firm pressure and still be considered Swedish as it is more about the flow of the work performed.

Deep Tissue Massage
I primarily recommend this treatment of massage serviecs for clients who have regular massage care and the superficial muscles are not as tight. The underlying deeper tissues can painlessly be accessed at this point and you can see major relief without being uncomfortable during your session.

Prenatal Massage
This modality is specifically for the mothers during their first, second, and third trimesters of pregnancy. I only perform this service side lying as not all pillows and bolsters are comfortable for all stages of pregnancy. I use four pillows so you feel like you are laying on a cloud. As a mother of 4 myself, I hold a special place in my heart for a body carrying another body and am happy to give you some relief.

Geriatric Massage
This is an extra step in attention to detail to perform any modality needed by our elderly community members without injuring their bodies based on their personal needs.

Structural Deviation
This massage is best for posture correction when you are misaligned due to muscle tightness. Your session will need to be a little longer to include a small amount of time for assessment. Seeing which areas of your body are out of alignment while you are standing as well as while you are walking, will help me determine which muscles I will need to focus on to help you return to a more comfortable standing position.

This is a massage that is light in pressure. This is not for your muscles but specifically to help your body drain your lymph fluid properly.

Oncology Massage
This service is specific to any previous cancer patients or patients currently undergoing treatment for cancer. As a survivor myself, it is with great pride that I offer this service from a place of understanding. Sports Massage
This is best for the athletes though some community members might find some of the techniques beneficial as well. This service will be performed either Pre-event, Post-event, or for general maintenance. It focuses a lot more on stretching and elongating of specific deeper muscles to help you keep going strong while helping prevent tearing or fatigue of the muscles.

Injury Massage
This modality requires a little extra time for consult. This is specific work specialized to the details of your specific injury. Please keep in mind that if your doctor does not approve you for body work, this modality cannot be performed. That being said, if you can have body work, I will need to discuss your exact injury details to create a plan of action for a quicker yet safe recovery.
